The eighth FIBA Under 17 Basketball World Cup 2024 season is here. It is one of the most prestigious and regarded tournaments in the world of basketball. The season is going to start on 29 June 2024 in Turkey and the Finals are scheduled for 7^th of July 2024.

The FIBA Under 17 Basketball World Cup is organized by FIBA or the International Basketball Federation, in which young players under the age of 17 from all around the nation participate in the game. Some of the popular teams in this tournament are Turkey, Argentina, Australia, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, etc. This format of the game allows players to participate in the basketball game, who are under the age of 17.

It was started in the year 2010, as the FIBA under-17 Basketball World Cup and later the name was transformed into FIBA Under-17 Basketball World Cup. On the 2^nd of July 2010, the 1^st season took place in Hamburg, Germany, in which Germany and the United States competed against each other. The finals of the first season took place between the United States and Poland on 11 July 2010.
